Shade-grown for three to four weeks before hand-harvesting in early May, the leaves are carefully ground into a fine powder in small batches to preserve freshness and vibrancy. This imperial-grade matcha delivers a refined balance of natural sweetness, subtle umami depth, and delicate vegetal notes, making it ideal for traditional tea ceremony preparation or contemplative whisking.
